Saw an article on The Star on Thurs. Was so surprised to see actuary is the best job in 2010. In 2009, mathematician was the best followed by actuary. I can't imagine in the coming year when I graduated from degree of actuary science, will it still be so consistent?
Anyway, The Star shud had written something on the list of most suffering degree courses in 2010. I can bet actuarial science is one of it. Anyway, I suddenly thought of one thing: How to ppl define suffering? Suffering level is different for every single individual. For ppl who hav strongly decided to study actuarial science and can master this field well, the course simply won't give them much pressure at all. But for ppl who just simply choose a course to study, they might find it suffering as they reali hav to put a lot of oil on it.
So, best job in 2010 might be a result of hardwork & suffering during studies, but it might be an easy one for those who can master it well.
